Dnepropetrovsk Steelwork Plant named after I.V. Babushkin produces metal designs of the most complicated kinds:
• television towers,
• retransmitters,
• radiomasts,
• supports for high-voltage electrolines,
• designs of walking dredges,
• designs from pipes with non-faceted adjunctions and flange connections,
• large-sized production.

Television towers

Construction of unique metal welded television towers in Kiev (weight 2800t, height 310m) has demanded development of the complex manufacturing techniques which are taking into account architectural and design features of each construction. The dominating requirement however was maintenance of reliability at installation works and operation of towers. Earthquake of the year 1989 in Armenia has not broken normal work of the Yerevan television center, having confirmed a high quality guarantee and reliability of our production.

Designs of walking dredges

By our enterprise were earlier made metal designs for mechanical engineering and metal working. The walking dredges made by Novokramatorsk machine-building factory together with us, it is possible to meet on all the largest mines the USSR and abroad. The most loaded parts of a dredge made by us - bases and rotary platforms - work in extreme conditions and tropics, and Far North that became possible at high quality maintenance.

Pipe constructions

In the year 2005 the project of manufacturing metal designs for the International Exhibition Center in Kiev is finished. This object - the present card of a factory. МВЦ - the unique project which designs will consist of pipes of different diameters. Tubular designs with non-faceted adjunctions and flange connections have been made. Tubular farms with thickness of a wall up to 40 mm complex in manufacturing. Together with Institute of the name E.O.Patona a factory has developed technology of assembly and welding of these farms.

In 2006 by factory were made metal construction visor coverings for stadium "Metallurg" in Dnepropetrovsk. The visor covering over spectator tribunes is offered in the form of system of the console trellised farms located with step 10,2 - 10,7 m, corresponding to a step of frames of skeletons below the located basic ferro-concrete designs (diameters of tribunes, a skeleton the VIP - cases).
Console farms draft flat, from tubular profiles, variable height. For farms over tribunes the start of a console part from a support makes 27,0 m, a tail part makes 17,15 m. For farms over the VIP - the case the start of a console part from a support makes 32,819 m, a tail part - 14,00 m. the Main farms visor coverings are accepted from pipes in diameter to 299 mm, mainly with without fashion central connections. Trellised runs - with belts from closed fine-sized bent bevelled profiles of box-shaped section in the sizes 100х50х4, and a lattice from pipes, mainly with without fashion central connections. Podstropilnye farms also are accepted from tubular elements in diameter to 299 mm. Distributive farms are accepted with belts and a lattice of the box-shaped section formed by steams of channels, united by sheet walls. Basic racks of a canopy are accepted tubular with a diameter 426 mm.

Reliability factor is to destination accepted g n = 1.00. That answers І to a class of responsibility of buildings and constructions.
